     | Distributed across 14 immaculate islands
in a sheltered Baltic bay, criss-crossed by scenic
bridges, Sweden's capital is one of the most beautiful cities on earth. It is a
sightseeing smorgasbord, including the medieval "city between the bridges," the
vast Royal Palace, and the City Hall, which hosts the yearly Nobel Prize
ceremonies. Nearby, is Drottningholm castle, the residence of the Royal family, with
the renowned park generally referred to as the Versailles of the North. A
guided tour takes you through the park, the pavilion, as well as parts of
the castle, including the Chinese pavilion.
